SOLD: 1.1 DL Blackbird w/ Webbing Suspension $140

1.1 Double Layer Blackbird with webbing suspension purchased in 2009. 1 owner. $140 shipped CONUS. Paypal preferred. Color green. Comes with bishop stuff sack. Kept in smoke free, pet free home. Will ship USPS or UPS.

Hammock is in excellent condition. No rips or tears. Zippers work great. Webbing is good. It does not come with Dutch Clips or ‘biners. I do have some light weight ‘biners to sell if you want it ready to hang straight out of the box.

One user modification done. Details and pictures here. So it comes with 2 Dutchhooks. If you want the original side pulls back on, just let me know. Mod is easy to undo.

This has original triangle buckles that do slip if you don’t back it up with a slip knot. I did replace the buckles once but put the original buckles back on because once the new buckles were cinched tight, I couldn’t get them loose easily for adjusting. So I guess what I’m saying is they aren’t the best but not the worst either, lol.

I’m planning to gently wash it this weekend so it won’t be ready to ship until next week. Not washing because it’s cruddy, just that I’ve slept in it enough that I think I should before shipping to someone else.

Reason selling: I bought a single layer Blackbird.

Post a shout-out here first and then send a PM.

Whoo Hoo! I am soon to be hanging high in a Blackbird!

Now I am down to a Cuben Tarp upgrade, and I will have everything I need.
