It's not the boulders that throw us off balance, it's the pebbles beneath our feet

    Deuter Pack

    Mountainhanger,
Dueter has a system on this pack called "Vari-Quick" which allows the user to adjust the size of the pack to meet their needs. So this pack is a "One size" meaning that it can adjust to fit a Small, Medium, or Large Torso.

Here is a good link showing how it the Vari-Quick system works:

    http://www.deuter.com/en_DE/adjust-backpacks.php

The weight of the pack is 4lbs 5oz and it very durable. This weight includes a built in Rain pack cover and hip belt pockets.
I bought this for a backpacking trip in Europe that was cancelled so now I have a New pack that I never used.
    Hope this helps!
    -Dan
