I have my mega-complete list of camping items, and pack based upon how, when, and where.

Yeah, I'm talking backpack. It's probably worth mentioning that I've never camped out of a backpack before, it's always been loads of crap crammed into a truck or boat, and the only hiking I've done have been very short walks into the woods where I'm back my vehicle within a few hours. So I have absolutely no back-packing experience. But I really like the idea, and I want to get into it.

That being said, I'm not quite ready to put together my pack just yet. It will probably be a couple months before I'm really ready to get started on that. I'm currently moving and got some things to get situated before I start a new project. But rest assured, when I'm ready for advice I'll be here searching and asking questions.

I hope I'll be able to give back advice sometime in the future to help others the way you guys have already helped me.

    Hello, Florida!

My girlfriend and I are from Los Angeles...we love our Enos. I recently bought a light weight Maccat Delux tarp for shelter and the atlas straps.

We're going to Boca Raton October 21-23rd...wondering where to go for a clear water breathtaking beach experience. we were thinking of driving down to the keys...would love some tips on hammocking there!
