    There have been some very tense threads lately (one started by this very OP) about vendors and patents. It's best to not breach that again for a while.

    So many trees, so little time...
    We follow where the Swamp Fox guides,
    His friends and merry men are we;
    And when the troop of Tarleton rides,
    We burrow in the cypress tree.
    The turfy hammock is our bed,
    Our home is in the red deer's den,
    Our roof, the tree-top overhead,
    For we are wild and hunted men.

    Shoulder squeeze if you don't use a spreader bar at the head end. Slowhike's hammock if you do (almost).

    if you add the spreader bars isn't it a bridge then?
    It's not procrastinating, its proactively delaying the implementation of the energy-intensive phase of the project until the enthusiasm factor is at its maximum effectiveness.

    No, it's just whatever the name is with "spreader bar" added to the end of it. ie; SlowHikes hammock is a Gathered End Hammock with a spreader bar.

    It will not have spreader bars on either end.

    Can't wait to see it!

    Doesn't sound like a "vapor" or "lunch meat" to me.

    So I'm getting there....So far though I've accomplished a completely flat lay with minimal squeeze. But it needs more tweaking. Thank the Lord for $1.50 per yard "Fabric of unknown origin."

    Watch for a HUGE sale on tiny string bags when this is all over.

    Here is the head end. It's a conventional gathered end. Lousy nylon I'm using for this experiment and it's just all thrown together.
