    WM bag sale

Just some heads up if anyone is looking for a new bag. I know most folks here prob prefer quilts, but an outfitter in Vermont has Western Mountaineering ultralite bags on sale for $288.00 and summerlites for $240.00 Good prices. I'm not sure if it is acceptable to list the name of the vendor, so if anyone is interested they may PM me.

Not only is it perfectly acceptable, we'd appreciate a link to their site. No shamein passing on a bargain to the gang here.

WM bags are my favorite bag. Very high quality. In fact I have been using a WM Apache open as a top quilt for my winter setup for a while now.

I have both an Ultralite and a Summerlite and they are both excellent bags. Those are good prices too.

I bought the Summerlite before I started hammocking. With it's full zipper, it's the only 3-season "top quilt" I have right now and see no reason to replace it. Great bag.

Ok...It's mountaingoat.com which has the WM bags on sale. It is the mountaingoat store out of vermont. I don't think they have an online checkout...I believe you have to order by phone. I'm glad to see you guys giving these bags a thumbs up. I have a perfectly fine MH Spectre SL, but I'll save 1.5 lbs. by switching to the WM Summerlite.
