When I make whoopies I use a small piece of vinyl tubing about 3/4" long from a Hydration hose. It will not freeze or break.
Any idea where he(GrizzlyAdams) got the latch hook that he uses in the video? It looks a lot smaller in diameter and longer than the ones I've found at Joanne's. Also, what is the line he uses for whipping is it just Mason line?

I once saw someone drill holes in dice and use them in place of the bead. This could likely be applied to many different novelty items of your choosing.

Ok Guys I Have a Whoopie sling on My Hammock, this post is how the loop don't slide back in to it self?? ( I am new and Learning) Thank You . I have worried about it sliding in side it's self.
yep. If you are careful, I guess it should never happen, but sometimes it does. A small biner or zip tie seem like the easiest answers if you are worried.
+1 on Grizz's whipping knot stopper; I've used it on several sets of whoopies. I use elephant trunks so I don't need the toggle function but it is a great solution. I also think inserting a piece of amsteel is a good, inexpensive alternative--if you're making whoopies, then there's always a piece of amsteel around.
