How heavy can you be and use a 1.1 single BB

I have seen Brandon sets his max for a 1.1 single layer at 200. Does anyone in the 225 range use a 1.1 single?

I believe that Brandon's recommended weights are generous. Even so - the higher you go, the more stretch you will experience. could be a plus or minus.

I've heard that the actual weight for 1.1 oz. is about 220 but that just what I've heard. I did stretch out on some myself and I exceed 220 by a stone or two. It stretched but didn't break. I didn't stick around long enough to make sure it did break though.

I'd just go with the 1.7 single. It's only 3oz more than the 1.1.
