Used a NeoAir XTherm in my BMBH two weeks ago in low 30s and was warm and toasty. The only issue is shoulders. I use a half roll closed cell to sit on, I had to use it to keep my shoulders warm. System is light and no worries like I used to about quilt with getting wet, tearing or anything else! I highly recommend this setup!

WOW! BMBH Deluxe with Neoair All Season air Pad

I used xtherm last month when it was in the low 30s. Worked great but I move in my sleep. As soon as I rolled a little I was off the pad even though I have a Large and woke up cold. Moved back on the pad and I was nice and snug.

Decided I would be more comfortable with an UQ but the Xtherm is not too bad of a setup.
