    Howdy!

Holly crap there is a TON of info on here! Thanks everyone for all of the time and effort you have put into this site, a treasure trove of information! I will be slowly digesting the VOLUMES of info on here but here is what I am doing:

    Eno DN
    I am 6' 200 pounds
will be useing this backpack fishing

Need to dial mine in along with replaceing rigging (got to be able to go lighter) understand and develop the ridgeline principle. I need a high quality detachable bug net and I want an upgraded light, larger tarp. Any and all advice is welcome!

Welcome from AR. Look into Fronkey's detachable bugnet design after you get your ridgeline in place. Have fun!

    Welcome to HF from NC!

Some folks buy or make a 10' whoopie sling, install it as a ridgeline; then keep adjusting it until the ridgeline length is "just right" for them.
Worked for me and I've since replaced the whoopie with a fixed length RL.
I believe the default starting length is about 83% of your Eno DN's length?

Hi Lost and welcome from TX.

I too have the ENO DN and just replaced the stock suspension parts with a Butt in a Sling suspension kit (and a couple of small continuous loops to replace the stock rope in the channel). Incredibly light stuff.
