No, it didn't last very long. If I don't like it, I'll offer it on here next week. The color combination isn't exactly my favorite.

Haha - yeah, what is it with hammock makers? Ed with all his neon glow in the dark colors, and JRB with the glow in the dark green!! Guess they're just looking out for all of us...don't want us to get lost in the woods. They can see us from space with that gear!

I've got one of Ed's top quilts in Dark Green with a Gray inner. It is very muted.

I wonder if muted colors are abnormal from Ed.

The only odd color I've seen from Ed was the early Snug Fit prototypes and a custom pink job he did for Karen for a Top Blanket III. My Top Blanket III and Snug Fit are both a nice subdued dark green on the outside. My Snug Fit is the same color green on the inside and my Top Blanket III is that silver/gray color on the inside.

it doesnt appear so, he now has some green/brown sil that looks like olive with a touch more brown. very stealthy, but its first quality so it demands a $12 per yard price.
I like his gray 1.1 ripstop too, nice muted color for quilts.

Yeah - my PeaPod is that dark green and silver too. I think once he just got a few lots of fabric that were all bright colors...he had several quilts at one of the Hot Springs hangouts like that. He was laughing b/c he had just come from some outdoor festival, and he brough several of the quilts as models and didn't expect them to sell...but he even sold the hot pink one! IIRC, he sold a couple of them that weekend as well.

In his book he talks about using bright colors to lighten up the campsite...effect of colors on mood, especially for the "glow" your tarp can cast over your hammock when you're stuck under there on a rainy day. Makes sense to me...I still like the muted colors, though.

Now if cuben came in olive drab I might go bankrupt.
