    My new homemade hammock

I just put up a video on Youtube showing the new hammock i just made.

My Singer thread injector broke while making this one, so had to finish it by hand. I think it turned out pretty well. It has an open bottom bugnet, adjustable ridgeling, whoopies on both ends and a bishop bag.

You're hammock is as big as a cow! Lol
I don't entirely understand your suspension system. It looks too complicated but that may just be me. Nice work on the hammock.

I think i make it sound more complicated than it really is. The hammock has a channel sewn on each end. the green paracord runs thru the channel and is then whipped around the end to make the end knot. There is a continous loop that goes thru the end and then thru itself to attach the adjustable ridgeline to. The whoopies are larks headed on top of the green paracord and thru the continous loop to help hold it in place. The adjustable ridgeline is attached to the continous loops on each end with a soft shackle just so i can remove it if i want to. Then there are the extra loops on each end just to hook stuff to. One on each end on the outside for packs and thngs, and one on the inside for pillows or to keep a pack, sleeping bag or top quilt from moving around too much.

Great job on your hammock! I like the hang loops you added for gear.
