If you set up the included tarp how is it rigged?

And about the ring buckle straps, do I need to tie a knot to secure it?

    Thanks.
Hey LD, sorry for not responding in time to help.

I subscribed to the thread, but haven't received any updates in weeks.

As has already been stated, it was the diamond tarp included in the package.

Also, its definitely a must to put a hitch after round ring buckles. They always seem to work their way to the side and start to slide.

I just recived the hammock and tarp today.

Question was the suspension supposed to have a Beaner on something to connect it around a tree?

I asked the same question. Darby said you can use biners or use the sewn loops to run the strap through and connect it. But I didn't figure that part out. A biner looked like the only way to me.

Glad it arrived safe. I was getting worried when it didn't show up on tracking for 4 days out of Columbia. Priority Mail is suppose to take 3 days and it took 6.

you can run the webbing through the loop on the end to secure it around the post/tree, then run the webbing through the rings to connect it to the hammock.

a biner makes it quicker, but is not necessary.

Just to let everyone know I had an issue with the tree straps that where with the hammock. I voiced my concerns to Darby and he asked me to send it back so he could take care of it. I actually got a chance to talk with him on the phone. You can't ask for better service then that ( well maybe if he showed up at my house ).
