You are the man, Spam. Thanks for the recon - what about those 18 stream crossings?

I'm looking forward to seeing the usual suspects hangnout, Medicine Man, Poof, Spamburglar, Wisenber and new friends Ewker, Hamhocker and Ragnall as well as the friends I have yet to meet. SWMBO (aka Traffic) enjoyed MedMan's trip video so much that she is now interested in joining.

Just pulling your leg Roche, always great to walk in your mighty footsteps.
Wisenber hasn't signed up yet---what could we tempt him with?
Wasn't this the retro external frame pack hike? Glad I got that out of my system
Ewker, Hamhocker good to see you too have signed up. Ragnall? Did we meet, arrrg loosing my memory with age. Just will be good to see new and old hangers.

I cant believe I forgot the crossings. Yes, there were several...lost count around 10 an decided it wasnt a big deal to keep count anyway. Ok, so either it was drought or misinformation, but I didnt encounter anything that I wasnt able to cross with a bit of creative rock hopping....that being said, I can be an idiot at stream crossings and go out of my way to avoid changing shoes, although I can say with all honesty I did nothing unusually dumb this go round. I'm still going to say bring your crocs, because the conditions could easily be far wetter by november. Oh, and Roche, congrats on the webelos giving you a hall pass

Wisenber - I could make public a violation of nature he did in the Linville Gorge. I'll probably spend eternity in purgatory for just witnessing it.

The Red River Gorge hike was our external frame hike - a shout out to Digrat.

Ragnall was at Sgt Rock's Slickrock hang.

I'm in management now (Tiger Den Leader last year, now Pack Chairman) so I need to attend "conferences" like this every now and then.

Yes, only RRG - that's were he digratted us.

You must be doing too much time in your sector seven cage - it's effecting your memory.

I think we all need more time in the piney woods.
