Well that decides it ... I'm making the fish again (but without the soy bacon this time )

Come on! Keep the soy bacon. The psychedelic nature of it was visually stunning! Quite a colorful garnish. It was like abstract bacon.

I'm a bitter person, so I'm thinking of cooking three dishes: broccoli rabe (rapini) with garlic and olive oil; collard greens, and brussel sprouts.

What about other winter veggies? Anyone down for a raw turnip/fennel salad? Toasting parsnips and sweet potatoes on a stick?

I don't think either of my dogs would eat soy bacon, scratch that - maybe they would. Luckily for me Soy doesn't agree with my stomach, so I'd be avoiding it all together. Now if were talking turkey bacon, bring it on I'll put that on my list to bring.
