    Hi All,

I checked this a little too late. I am actually planning a trip with some friends in Cheaha State park that weekend. If I get a chance, I wouldn't mind droppin by and saying hello...maybe get some pointers. It will be my maiden hang in my HH (except for the back yard).

A week from today we'll be in the woods!

And... the cars will be racing at Talledega. Therefore, there may be a crowd at Turnipseed. I'll try to get there early and get a good spot, last fire ring on the camp road.

If, the campground is full, then we will be on the Chinnabe Silent trail at the creek, 100+ yards SE of the campground.

Did not know this was race weekend...might be crowded. I plan to cut out of the office early Friday, so will maybe get there before the crowd. I agree, if it is too packed, we can go back to the creek and setup there.

We hope yall have a great time and all of the new people get to enjoy the woods and thanks for carrying on the Heart of Dixie hang. I have to work next weekend otherwise we would be there. There is a video on youtube that we did of the site that is across the road headed towards Cheaha shelter, check it out as a possible alternate site.

Gonna miss you Bigbama, hope to get another hang together later in the year, or first of next year that you and Mandy can make.

We will do our best to get back into the woods now that weather is cooler. I have the potential to start a new job as well, so woods time may be a rare thing for us this winter........keeping my finger crossed on the new job. Yall enjoy the woods.
