    preference between?

looking around at different materials for my 2nd diy gathered end. at tableclothsfactory.com does anyone have preference between polyester and crinkle taffeta? also has anyone previously bought these and happens to know the weight of each? thanks in advance!

My wife and I have a 90"X156" crinkle and with 2x12" tree straps, 2xmisc. climbing carabiners, misc. mesh stuff sack, and 2xcontinous loops it weighs 2lbs on my bathroom scale.

We love it. Alone and together it has become our goto hammock for the yard.
Hammocking, car camping, backpacking, kayaking, and mountain biking. Getting in touch with nature is getting expensive. Good thing I can DIY!

htanks! that is a huge hammock! exactly what i'm looking for in a non-backpacking hammock. and 2lbs is much better than i expected. did you get yours from tablecloth factory or is this the xl hammock blank from diygearsupply?
