    Mosquito Netting

I just got the Hammock Bliss Mosquito Net. Based on my setup, It looks like I could trim nearly 2' off the bottom (see pic). Has anyone else modified their stock netting? I just can't see a need for all that extra material.

I don't know about trimming the bottom for a regular hammock, but for my Bridges I trimmed about 6" off the bottom.

Have somebody lay in the hammock to figure where to trim since the bottom of a regular hammock is probably going to drop a fair amount and get closer to the netting on the bottom.
