A quick looksee: Winter Palace & Baby Orca

    Hi there HF people,

It took a while before I could take and make time for going out, using my new goodies: The Hammock Gear Winter Palace and my Molly Mac Gear Baby Orca.

They are now well used but filming them was quite problematic since I never thought I could do the quality of the gear any justice. Let's say I did some editing over the last month or so

in short: a BIG THANK YOU to Stormcrow & Thorwren and MacEntyre for their great products and service!

Hope you'll enjoy this vid which I shot while doing a bit of a 'How to hammock' movie in Dutch (the language that is!) And sorry for my ugly mug for the icon

B2R great vid! I should take the lesson and keep mine much shorter.
Your kit looks well well dialed in. The BO at 8 ounces surprises in how warm
I bet. I do wonder though if in your area are there many who can appreciate
what you got there, e.g. I dont think I have a neighbor who has heard of cuben.

Thanks for watching buddy. Luckily I have never ever YET have to run and get everything in stormmode but the idea looked good at the time.

MM thanks for watching and the comment mate. The BO is great, but I reckon it's season is about over. This weekend will be a No Sniveler as UQ and an old sleeping bag as TQ.

Cuben, well, there are a few that have it, have seen it but not many. And I reckon I am the first around my neck of the woods with an IX UQ (although MacEntyre explained the (negligible) difference between the original IX and the stuff he is using now, lazy me just keeps using the term IX.

Btw, editing a video of a bit of a training hike from yesterday, thanks for kicking my b#tt into gear again
