    Inside out/upside down?

Is there a right or wrong way to hang this thing? Does it really matter?

These are the thoughts that plague my mind.

I know my BIAS WW DL w/knotty mod, definitely has an inside out. If it is inside out then my head left/feet right turns into a head right/feet left. I had mine made with 2 colors, od green on the inside and coyote brown on the outside to be able to tell instantly if it is hung correctly, bu you can also tell by the hem.

I think on most hammocks it doesn't really matter, but I did hear someone say that the hem should be on the outside so while getting in and out you don't snag things on it.....always seemed to make sense to me

On an ENO or similar end channel hammock it doesn't matter. If it's whipped like a WB traveler, it can make a difference.

This is a very minor thing, but I like to set it up so that the attached stuff pouch opening is facing out in case I want to stick something into it.

When hangin my doublenest I make sure my stuff sack is oriented on the side I am going to enter the hammock and also make sure it opens toward the outside/away from the hammock. Not sure if that make sense, but I have hung it where to put something in the stuff sack i would have to reach under the hammock..which to me is not correct.

It seems like the end-all, be-all is that it's not structurally a problem to not worry myself over orientation.

I hang mine so the stuff sack can be reached and used as a pocket. If its upside down the sack opening is under the hammock, and its a struggle to get anything into it.
