    October Ohio Hang

Can we get an October Hang on the books? I don't want to miss our most beautiful month. We have a 3 day weekend on the 19th....but it doesn't have to be then.

Have to keep the walk in very minimal, Dakota is having some heart issues and we're awaiting the Cardiologist appointment to find out more. As of this past Monday's appointment they don't want him in gym, no more exercising or strenuous activities. Been lots of scares here lately that the doctor thought was asthma, but finally getting an EKG Monday showed things very differently.

    I'll plan on attending

How's about Mohican? Mrs 2 New Lungs and Pyro can come out during the day, so they won't have to sleep out in the cold.

I guess I can do Mohican again, especially if that's close enough for them to come out during the day to play. Are they not prepared for fall hanging over night yet?

They have the gear to sleep warm (especially my daughter, she sleeps hot like I do). But they just don't care for the cold overall. The cold mornings are what they dislike the most. They do like sitting around the fire though.

Good luck with the oncoming little one! November might be a little ambitious with a newborn , but I hope to see you guys nonetheless!

What October date works out and which site? I really liked 10, but that may be a bit far for now. Dakota's cardiologist apt. is Thursday, so hopefully we'll know more after that.....hopefully the EKG readings were just wrong. Hope, hope, hope.

The weekend of the 19th works well for me.

Site 9, although we stick to it a lot, is an easy walk in, and well suited for our group. Ultimately, I'm open to any site. I haven't been able to get any real hiking in at all lately, so perhaps we can do a good hike on Saturday, and you can make a game time decision on whether Dakota is up to it or if it is better to relax.
