A camping music festival in Wall, NJ, 9/28-29

    Very cool concept.

    http://www.soupergroove.com/music-festival-wall-nj.html

Seems they've rented out the entire 140-acre Camp Zehnder YMCA camp for a two-day music festival, with camping! Tickets are $45 for the two-day, two-night festival, which includes two nights' camping from what I can tell.

Looks like a bunch of Jersey shore talent, with other bands from the Northeast (over 30 bands). I've never heard of any of these bands, except for Loose Fit. My son's best friend is the lead guitarist (he, and the rest of the band, spend a lot of time at my house, eating my food, and generally making themselves at home).

I do know that my local coffee roaster, Booskerdoo, is supplying the coffee. He thinks he's gonna make a killing selling coffee and bagels for hungover hippies out in the fields.

They better allow hammock camping! I'm gonna go scope out the site between now and then.

I think I'm gonna bring my entire hammock Armada - every hammock I own (six). Nobody's gonna be in the trees anyway - they'll be out in the fields in their ground-dwelling torture chambers.

According to the website, there's a VIP ticket where you can get vintage canvas tents pre-pitched for you and your family. I previously posted this evening about a website offering similar services. In fact, it may be the same company.

Whaaaat, as an avid festival goer I am definitely going to this. It is in my backyard! That's great because gas won't cost nearly as much as my normal festival trip lol.

I will definitely be one of those hung over hippies eating bagels and drinking coffee. Ill look for the name.

Scarecrow collection is great....so are juggling suns. Which band is your sons best friend in?
