So I am going to assume that the "leader Juice" is coffee right? I'm not sure about scouting in other parts of the world, is "Leader Juice" an acceptable practice in scouting?

I have been under the impression it is in a few countries. There was talk around the council international committee that the USA wouldn't send a contingent to the World Scout Moot until they prohibited alcohol. In years past it was said they had a bar at the event. (Not fact checked, just what the international committee member told me when i asked about the moot)
