DIY kids hammock, bought from someone on this forum. It's in good condition except for the hole in the bug screen (pictured). Probably good for kids under 80lbs. $50 shipped. (sorry for the sideways pics)
Thanks!

No one looking for a kids hammock this time of year? How about $40 shipped? Otherwise, I'll put it back up for sale in the spring.
Hey! I recognize that hammock! I hope you got good use of it!
The bugnet is organza, it shouldn't take much to sew closed that rip... it'll leave a "scar" but should be functional.
The body is Joann's 1.9 ripstop, so it will hold plenty of weight.. it's more an issue of length, as the body is shorter than an adult hammock... Of course I tested it at 210#. The suspension is Sewn Mule tape ring buckle suspension... Hang as high as you're willing to fall!
The design is based on the DIY HH in the DIY forum here...

I made that hammock in Feb, 2011...

John - I was wondering if you would see this! Thanks for the additional details. We used it once in the backyard, but never on the trail. Every time I went camping, only one boy went at a time, so we used the 2 adult hammocks I had instead. Hoping to find someone who can use it for their kid now.
Might be interested for 40$, hows the net attached? Zipper, Velcro, Omni tape?
