    No problem.
The Jeep will be on site for general use so food will be protected from critters. There will be coolers in there too. Use any of them.

So many trees, so little time...
We follow where the Swamp Fox guides,
    His friends and merry men are we;
And when the troop of Tarleton rides,
We burrow in the cypress tree.
The turfy hammock is our bed,
Our home is in the red deer's den,
    Our roof, the tree-top overhead,
For we are wild and hunted men.

    Winter Storm Coming My Way

The weather has taken a turn here. It's been raining for 3 days and now the temps are suppose to start dropping tomorrow afternoon between 4:00-6:00 and start snowing A LOT!

My flight is at 7:40 PM. So cross your fingers we can get in the air before it starts to get bad.

The friend who's driving me over the Mt through Sam's Gap into Asheville to the airport is bringing me in his Jeep that has really big knobby tires. So that should a hooooot!

I just don't want the airport to freak out & cancel the flight too soon.

Just plug in for Altoona, FL. It's probably the nearest town.

@ Zukiguy: It will be good to have your fire building skills again this year.

@Cakes: It sounds like your adventure is starting early. But then again, that seems to be the norm for you!

    It'll be great!

Remember, there is no bad weather, only bad clothing choices.
