    how to ridgeline and bugnet

any ideas or advice on how to add a ridgeline and bugnet covering the top only to a trek light hammock
i think this would be a lighter setup then some other hammocks i have.
let me know what you think about this idea..

Have you checked out the Tutorials at DIYGearSupply.com. They have a few on bugnets.

There are a few bug nets that cover just the top and even less .the hug bug net ony covers the upper body. Im not sure who made the top only maybey fronky? It had shock cord to hold it tight or a draw string. Look in diy section. Good luck

Adding a ridgeline to any hammock is relatively simple... Larkshead a line to one end, around the suspension line, and tie it off to the other.

Hugs work great, and are easy to make...

Here is another way to do a simple no zipper bugnet by "hangnout" : http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=29395

    I hope that helps
