    Well, I did it again...

I ordered yet another tarp (z-packs cuben). Did I NEED another tarp? Well, yes, desperately and no, not at all. Counting my hand-made light weight tyvek tarp, I have 6 or 7... no, 8, so I'm well covered there. (Covered! Tarp! I just kill me, sometimes.) Anyway, this tarp has been calling my name for months now. It started out just whispering gently, easy to ignore, although it was pretty easily satisfied... just a quick visit to zpacks.com to see how it was doing... but that wasn't enough for it. It wanted me more often, the voice got louder and more demanding... In the end, BUY ME NOW! was drowning out everything else. I really had no choice.

So now I have another problem. Waiting... Waiting is hard. At least it's not yelling at me anymore. Sigh...

What size zpack tarp did you get. I have the one with doors! Love it!

I got the "standard" (no doors). I think we'll be happy together.

Perhaps consider moving some of your unused to a newb like myself? I'd be thrilled with Tyvek or silnylon as I get started. I'm excited to hear what you think of the new cuban. It's just too pricey for my taste as I get my kit put together.

Congratulations! The cuban tarp is on my list of must haves that I can't afford right now. Hopefully in the spring I will get the one from HG.

So I guess this means we can expect to start seeing some of those other tarps in the For Sale forum? ;-)
