    fast and cheap uq?

    hey! i have a few old bags, and wanting to make an uq. whats the cheapest and fairly fast EASY way to make one? any ideas??

    pictures and or a video would be very helpful.

    Mighty for me. I use it in deep winter with a light UQ and TQ inside but you can just use a bag in milder weather.
    Less of a diagonal lay but warmth trumps that.

    not a bad idea. good videos too. im a light weight person so the diagonal lay doesnt bother me. so warmth it is! im going to hang my hammock up now and see if i can use a bag wrapped around it.

    A poncho liner UQ should get you to around 40 degrees.
    EDIT: didn't see that you wanted to make it fon a sleeping bag. My bad.

    If you don't want to mod the bag, another option I've seen others talk about is just tying the sleeping bag under the hammock. I am picturing tying some cord to each corner of the sleeping bag, them tying the cord to your hammock suspension.

    You might also try a google search like this:
