My Custom Warbonnet Blackbird (with video)

So I present to you my custom Warbonnet Blackbird, 2 tone model. The 2 tone idea was a collaboration between Brandon and I, but he was the first to suggest it. The hammock is a dual layer Warbonnet Blackbird (WBB) with the outside bottom color being the 1.7oz olive drab taffeta and the 1.1oz black ripstop for the shelf panel, interior layer, upper zipper panel, and foot box panel. I really like how it turned out.

This is my first video editing job. Criticism strongly encouraged but be nice

    Here's some pics.

A view of the 2 colors:

    Footbox panel:

    Storage Shelf:

    Interior:

    Detail of zipper area:

    Webbing suspension:

I can say enough good things about this hammock. It has a lot of room in the interior, the storage shelf rocks, and it's one of the most comfortable, flatest laying hammock I have been in. I have spent a few hours in the hammock so far and I can't wait until I can take it out for it's first overnight outing

Good work, HC4U! I enjoyed that.
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us....that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.

nice. I particularly iike how the music was integrated, with transitions coordinated in scene shift and music.

Tell you what's hard, and that's working in audio voice. After trying my hand at self-filming these last couple of weeks, gotta say that shug's got a talent, a real talent.

    That was great!

Question: What's with the 'spread eagle' move?
The banjo music made me want to run!

    Seriously, nice job.

    Thumbs up Terrific!

Headchange .... terrific job on that! Love the music and you covered all the details without talking on camera. Nice......
Funny, I am putting the final sweetning on a BB vid here at the moment. We will more than likely see a few more points-of-view.
Fun stuff and I am impressed with the edit job that you did.

I think you would have to be happy with that, well done.
And the extra pics in the post were helpful.

I think that shelf is a great idea, does it hang down when items are placed into it?
Is it up at the head end or down near your legs?

    Thanks

    HC4U,

I gotta say, that was an excellent, excellent, excellent representation of the BB and an excellent video! The music was particularly AWESOME! I have to get me some of that Kelly Joe Phelps!! And also welcome to the custom BB club!

Brandon has definitely come up with a winner with the BB. I slept last weekend in my Clark NA, and I felt cramped/confined. The shelf, the footbox, all the darn extra room in this thing makes it feel like the M1038 of hammocks!

Fantastic job, HC4U! I'm really looking forward to my Blackbird.
