I have a Dutch bridge and I too am a stomach sleeper. I even made a DIY 11' double layer thinking that it would be as comfy. However, I still can not QUITE get comfortable on my stomach in it, so back to the bridge I go.

As for arm position, left arm is crooked under my head for support while right arm is crooked so my right hand is under my right shoulder. This varies as I'm an "active" sleeper... (i.e. I move a LOT).

This is the same way I sleep in my bed at home so I sleep VERY well.

I have the RR and I found it difficult to put my hands under my head while on my stomach. If you keep them at your sides, or roll slightly to one side or the other you can do it. The only thing I would suggest is that you put a coat or extra layers under your stomach because you do tend to hyper extend a bit as it's not a 100% flat lay. Hope that helps.

I think it depends how widely you spread your arms. When stomach sleeping at home, my upper arm is squared to my body and spread out (not under my head). My head faces left, and my right arm is down along my body. This position is not comfortable in the bridge (BMBH or RR) because my left arm can't spread out far enough and is forced closer to me.

If your arms are close up under your head so as to minimize contact with the sides, you might be ok. Only way to know is to try it!
Potential is nothing without hard work.

Genuine Draft's son (I've named him Moocher) picked the BMBH because of his ability to stomach sleep in it. I've laid on my stomach several times in my Ridge Runner and found it comfortable enough, although I am in no way a stomach sleeper.
    Trust nobody!
