    Thanks Pips! This makes perfect sense!

    I have a hydraulic chair and always set it at the highest level because I'm tall. Then hunch over to get back down to the machine. Ouch!

    Got it all finished up. Total length ended up 73x48. I have a drawcord bottom and snaps for the foot box. Has about 2.5 - 3" of loft. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I do have a question. I can see where all my down is since the gray is so light and it looks like there are some thinner spots and thicker. Should I be worried about that? Here's the pics

    That looks fantastic! Well done. I don't think the thin/thick spots should be much of a concern unless there are large gaps with no down at all.

    Put it in the dryer, with NO HEAT, along with a few clean tennis balls. That should even out the down and fluff it up.
