I'm no expert, but I roll a couple times just to get my guy lines tucked away and then it's basically a stuff sack type operation. Pull and stuff, pull and stuff.

I have a beautiful HG camo cuben tarp that came with cuben skins. Didn't like the cuben skins. I made a bishop bag, didn't like it, scared of poking I hole in it while stuffing. Then I made a set of mesh skins, liked them better, but not entirely satisfied. Then I read a thread about folding the doors in and then rolling the tarp up to the ridge line then slide the skin on. I now use mesh skins and use the fold and roll method on all my tarps. I pack it under shock cord outside my pack, keeps water out of my pack.

Too many times
I got snakeskins for my tarps from Kat, the quality of her work is excellent. Definitely get the storage pockets added for tieouts!
