Due to the nature of the buy, it will be offered as a deal on the Vendor page. I will set up the link and post the information for Jason at Handy Hammock.

Please give me a day to get this accomplished (I have a board meeting tonight to prepare for).

    Review: Handy Hammock stand!

Please don't feel pressure or stress on getting this up. Better to think it through and get it right. SO WHERE'S THE THREAD, ALREADY!

Seriously, thank you for taking on this initiative, Seabear! Get it started when you are ready.

I appreciate it! THe buy is posted under the other vendors thread for Handy Hammock here:

    https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...688#post994688

The mods (quite rightly) didn't feel it was exactly a group buy based upon group buy rules here, so it is a special discount offer. It will take 20 folks to commit to get the discount.

All the proceeds go back into the company to pay start up costs and finance R&D for his tarp idea (pretty rad).

Pm me first, when we hit 20 folks, Jason will set up the buy code.

Thanks - now hang loose and enjoy!

    Single Strut Purchase ...

    Jason,

I just tried to order one Single Strut and your website wanted 9 pounds shipping. Did I mis-understand that there was free shipping with Hammock Forum'ers?

D-P, you need to head over to www.handyhammock.co.uk/page/hf-group-buy.

The Single Strut kit's not on the options for a HF discount though I'm afraid. It's yellow/red Handy Hammocks or the double-strut kit.

    All the best

    Hey Jason,

Is blue not an option for the group buy?

just purchased a red one... Blue would have been nice But I doubt I will use the included hammock anyhow. I didn't see what shipping time would be... Anyone know how long until it gets to the US?

I am looking at this very differently Jayson I have stealth camped all over England and Wales. The soil is far more forgiving there than here... Here it is very rocky and in my yard the nails will not work... The plastic knobs will not work. The pucks with holes will make a huge difference. The struts are awesome - if they can accept other manufactures. The ideas are sound.
