I've ordered 3 times so far; the first came in 7 days exactly with no shipping notice. The second order took 4 weeks.

Well I can share my experience here with both orders I made from them.

I ordered a Warbonnet Black Bird on 12/17, it shipped on 12/20. This was much faster then I expected considering it was the Holiday Season and they were surely overloaded.

I ordered a Superfly on 12/21, it shipped on 1/7. I expect They were rushed still from the Holidays.

In my experience, anything made at a Cottage Shop has a lot of factors involved before it ever hits my door.

Not Affiliated with them but I am going to Suggest just be patient. You can always use the Contact feature on their site and ask a Shipping ETA.

I order a RR on Dec 24th and it arrived on Jan 10th. Considering I placed the order on a holiday and they were busy with a sale, I'm happy with the time it took for shipping.

4 separate orders with WB. No issues. Each has been very positive.

I've ordered 3 times from Warbonnet and haven't had to wait too long for them, I ordered a WBBB SL 1.7 on the Dec 31st and it showed up at my door today. I'm guessing it won't be much longer.

From reading everyone's reply's. I'm going to chalk it up to bad luck and timing on my part. I am glad to know I am not the only one. I am also glad to know it's not a common issue.

When I order from Brandon or any other cottage vendor I expect to wait. If a few weeks go by and I have not heard anything I send a email asking for a status report. So far every vendor here that I have ordered from has responded to my requests for the status of my order. If you are in a hurry send them an email asking what the estimated develivery time will be. I have never been burned by any of the hammock/gear vendors on this forum. I have been burned one time by a EBay fabric vendor that was listed in the DIY section of the forum.

Yeah I'm first time buyer still waiting on a camo superfly from 12/21, wondered this myself. It's that time of year though plus sales. Every one here really supports and stand behind the gear though. Hope it comes in I have a trip next weekend!!!

I could be wrong, but I'm wondering if Brandon had some inventory on hand, and sold out of certain items, like the camo SF, and now has to make them. While others have ordered later and already received there items like the WBBB, he just had enough on hand.....RR

Not upset/mad that I haven't received my SF, just more anxious to have it in hand and above my hammock.
