    Indoor hammock stand ideas?

This forum is a huge information resource but sometimes I have trouble finding what I looking for. Does anyone have any ideas/plans for and indoor hammock stand? Ideally it would be collapsable to some degree and not to hard to put together. Your assistance is appreciated.

About a month ago, I built one of the turtledog stands and use it frequently in the house. It folds up and goes behind the door in my bed room and doesn't interfere with opening the door all the way.

If you want to build it, the Turtledog is probably the best way to go. Two of our kids hang full times indoors and use the vario. It's not quite as compactable as the Turtledog (and you purchase instead of build it) but it looks a bit nicer.

Kinda like drinking from a fire hydrant

I use Google to search HammockForums with much success.

In your Google search bar. type...

    genericsearchterm site:hammockforums.net

leave a space between the search term and site but no space between site: and hammockforums.net

hope this helps and happy hunting.
    and then

Thanks to you all. I am working outside the box here. I work with kids with psychiatric issues and some are on the autism spectrum. The use of hammock chairs to help them is pretty common but I was thinking about the possibility of using them at home to sleep in. If they find relaxation just by sitting I was thinking spending the entire night may help too. Thanks.
