Great video! I've driven past the Organs many times on my way between the ABQ and Texas. I've always wanted to explore them. They remind me of the mountains on the Patagonia logo.

And thanks for the idea on the simple fruit cup stove. I'm going to try that out.

WOW! Thanks for all the compliments and encouragement. I have the issue of my personal sleeping bag being way to bulky for backpacking. It's a great bag, but just fills my whole pack. Once it's warm enough for me to just take a fleece and UQ, I'll be sure to get more videos of the Organ Mountains.

The fruit cup stove takes a bit to warm up, but once its hot, it's a great one.

    Thanks again!

Great! I've seen those mountains a few times from down low. Thay always got my attention and made me wonder what was up there. Thanks for showing me!
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us....that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.

Great job on the video! Thanks for sharing it. Loved seeing the area you hiked. Looked beautiful. Loved the sky you showed and the cactus art someone left on the trail! Glad you survived your gear shakedown.

No kidding, great job on the video, enjoyed it!

I enjoy getting out, experimenting, sorting out what works and what doesnt for me anyhow.
