Anybody ever hunt from a hammock?

One of these "chairs" HERE designed by [o]tter would work better, if you could stay awake. Not the stand, just the hammock part and use trees.

I have no problem shooting from the Recliner! Of course, in my case there's no recoil.

I know I wouldn't be using a hamoock to shoot from. Especially when I just hunt with black powder and now cross bow. One shot and one shot only. Its all I expect, and just wouldn't want to waste one shot on the least ity bity movement. I can't use a compound or recurve anymore. The bod is just shot out from all the bow shooting I did for years and all my other escapades.

I also just realized that it could actually have some very interesting recoil reducing properties as well as a fairly cool demonstration of newtons 3rd law. that part would be interesting I guess.

Yes, I think that it seems like you are something of an expert, you should do some range practice and let us know of your results. Maybe it would only be good for squirrels and a 410 with game load...
