Here's a quick look at what the TQ shell will look like. This is a custom job for Steve, who is tallish and wanted an 85" x 50" 16 baffle non tapered TQ. Has 3" baffles and will take 19oz of 850 fill down for a 0* temp rating . One entire side is open so the down can be stuffed into the chambers. All Steve has to do is sew the seam shut - no channel to worry about - sew a small section (18 inches or so) for the foot box and it's done!

Weight for this one is 13oz so it will weigh about 32oz total. The head end has a channel if he wants to use a cord to cinch it up and the foot box is un-sewn, but has a channel also to cinch it up.

I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...

Yep! I'm making them now, along with 3 season and summer uq's.

Standard weight is 10 oz. For 20* it needs 12.0 oz. Total weight would be 22-23 oz.
