I got these new, wore them twice. They're in perfect working condition. No rips or signs of use on straps. They will keep your legs dry & also have a zipper to Ventilate.

The size is Medium. I have very large calfs after hiking over 5,000 miles. The fit me, but they're snug around the calf. So I have to wear them all the up to my knee, which is not a problem in snow. But if I want to wear them low, they were snug. It's one of the reasons I'm selling them.
