Skyline, Are you proposing another hike or asking about this one this coming weekend? We are going to hike from the parking lot at the Tecumseh trail on Crooked Creek Road and hike to Panther Creek. Check out the thread by Breck, Panther Creek.
UncaBuddha, Sorry you are not able to make it.

    missed again

Mule, sorry I missed it too and some family stuff took up a lot of my computer time so I missed the conversation! Oh well, next time. These teenagers are sucking up my hobby time!

    Fall Hang

I was wondering if there were any plans for a Fall hang this year? I missed the one last Fall and was hoping to make it this year. My schedule is booked solid with full-time work, school and other commitments, so I plan ahead. I'm pretty new to the forum and would like to connect and "Hang out" with some of you. So, I am relying on someone with more expertise than me to take the lead. With the gear I have currently, I'm guessing I could do temps in the 30's so, early Fall would be better for me. I live an hour North of Indianapolis and would love to get down to the Hoosier National Forest. Are there any plans in the making? I would love to tag along.

RJ. Yes. We will be meeting at the tower on Tower Ridge Road to hike into what we have been calling Crescent Valley 2 on the weekend before Halloween for the 2013 Halloween Hang. I will be posting the thread for it one of these days probably the first week of October. You are certainly welcome to be a part of it. We hope to meet you there, and if you want to be added to the Short Notice List, pm me with you email and phone information. Glad to have you.

I have an HH explorer deluxe, I live in Indianapolis (Broad Ripple) could anyone show me how to set it up? I can't figure it out. I've watched many videos and I still can't figure it out.
