been a lifelong camper. conventional tents, tarp tents and open air. need off the ground now. looking for a true two person hammock/bivy recommendation for camping. site is great and from trolling i've picked up a real want for all things hammock!!

A two-person hammock requires lots of compromises.

If you REALLY want a two person hammock, you might want to look at these.
It is possible to hang two hammocks side by side or in a triangular set up with three trees and use one tarp.

In the end, two hammocks are just more practical than one huge one. Good luck hunting, and happy hanging when you get one.
