What do you do with a new tarp?

Hang it in the living room and call it a fort of course!

My youngest was very enthusiastic of course.

Not the best angles for the lines, but you use what you have in the living room.

What a fantastic idea! Of course my wife would in no way be amused.

Neither would mine, but she's still at work

I sent her a pic of it over the bed. She said I would be sleeping outside in the shreds of the tarp if I left it there... I thought it would have been.. well... this is a PG forum so nevermind

Re: What do you do with a new tarp?

Looks like your living room does surprisingly well as a fort structure...

Yeah my wife would just roll her eyes and walk away...

I always make it a point to remind my wife that she knew I was nuts before she married me, I was very open and honest about my insanity, so any complaint about ny insanity this far in the marriage is null and void...

Wives have no sense of humor when we hang our tarps in the living room...done that before when I got new cuben tarp from HG and she thought I was nuts. So I agreed, I am nuts about hanging my tarp in the living room too!

Yea, I put 2 holes in the walls of the bedroom a few years ago, so I could hang inside. Wife was,,,, un-amused then, still a bit miffed, but now she says: "Are you sleeping inside or outside tonight?"

As a wise person once said: "This too shall pass"
