    Wtb top quilt

Looking for a top quilt in $100 range. I am 6' tall and average build so I don't think I would have to have a wide quilt. Temp range doesn't have to be super low. Wanting to get into backpacking instead of car camping and need to save some weight/space in the pack. Thanks guys/gals!

If you're looking for something tolerably light (not ultralight, but not heavy either) and good to ~45* F, check out your local Army/Navy store for a poncho liner. They come in at ~$20 to ~$40, weigh about a pound and an half, and are durable as all heck. While they're not ultralight (they use generic poly fiberfill and 1.9 oz/sq yd nylon for the shell rather than better synthetic insulation or even down and 1.1 oz or lighter nylon), they're durable, cheap, and easy to find.

    Hope it helps!

Do a search on a 20* Kelty Cosmic Down bag. They can be found for around 80 bucks and the zipper is 3/4 so it makes a good TQ.
