    Oops! Hole in my DN

So I got my tarp in the mail today (a wb edge from taylo - he threw in line and a tarp key too, thanks taylo!) and excitedly set it up in the yard. Once I got the tarp up, I figured it needed a hammock underneath, and I strung my ENO DN up. Hopped in, enjoyed the view, and as I got up,*RIIIP*! I had 2 tent pegs (they look like gutter nails, but I call them tent pegs) in my back pocket. Put 2 little holes in it, maybe large enough to get a pea through, about an inch apart.

    Help! What do I do?

You may not have much to worry about.
Here's a link to something available commercially:

I'm sure some will have other ideas as well.

You can pick up ripstop repair patches at Walmart. Only cost a couple bucks and should work for you.

What a relief. I thought I ruined my hammock before I even had a chance to sleep in it!

Do you think the ripstop patches would work on the DN? I think it is a taffeta-type material.

I can't see why they wouldn't. Place a patch on each side of the material, and if you're feeling extra paranoid a line of stitching around the edge would add a little more security.

Just tonight I put "Tear-Aid' on my DNest. Sportsman Wharehouse is changing back to Sportsman's Wharehouse, from Sportsman wholesale. I guess it will be closed for two weeks while they do the change over. Anyway I bought my "Tear-Aid" from them to patch my hammock and booties. I trust it to hold and not get gummy and fall off.
