    I feel alone....

The title says it all. Last year (summer) I wanted to plan a hang in Guam, and their were no others on island, atleast none active, that replied to that thread. So I am here to pose a few q's.

    1. Are there any more out here in Guam, or am I the only one?
    2. Even if you aren't from Guam, is there anyone travelling out here in the next couple of months?
    3. Has anyone ever had the urge to hang a hammock between two palm trees 100ft or less from a pristine semi-private beach that might be interested in hanging out for a couple nights on this tropical island that is my temporary home?

If any answered yes to any of the above questions, please respond via post or pm. I feel like I've been cast out onto some island in the middle of the ocean...Wait a minute....

Fish I would be on the next flight if I could. I have always wanted time on a island....lots of time, a hammock, an iced drink.

Don't get me wrong, it's nice to be alone most of the time, but it does get old. I don't get to share my passion with anyone else except for through the forum. My wife doesn't understand it.

And yes it is quite pricey to get here, but if anyone had the time and money, it would be a great place to visit and camp. Summer year around with lows no lower than 70 allows a no uq option with a semi decent summer quilt. Having never been to a group hang, I envy those who can. Guess I just want a little piece of that pie.

Ive never seen a palm tree, but i would love to be there hanging. I dont think it would be possible. Lets see some pictures of your hang spots, so we all can be jealous.

well this is my main spot, my backyard here on my base. Not ideal for daytime use due to the sun being so bloomin' hot, but you get the idea...

    I feel alone....

You could organize your own group hang!
Look at the bright side; you would have your choice of trees!

When is your tour up and do you know where you'll be next?

There can be only one... but you were here first. A dilemma. Also I'll take a trip out, Guam sounds a lot nice than a frosty Canadian winter hang right about now.

I just... need a hammock first.
