Forget that, bust a knee - get a quilt. Bones heal, besides the fella should have paid you back anyway.

    Just kidding...sort of.

For $70 off a quilt, I'd break a finger of somebody that owed me money and not feel too guilty about it!

    Yep, I sound pretty tough don't I?
As you can see, even pitbulls in Hot Springs are scared of me.

That dog has clearly learned that a hiker's beard is a good source of leftover crumbs..
I think that when the lies are all told and forgot the truth will be there yet. It dont move about from place to place and it dont change from time to time. You cant corrupt it any more than you can salt salt. - Cormac McCarthy

Yep! Annie is the judge concerning if hikers get to stay at this very nice lady's house. She comes to pick you up on main street with Annie the pitbull. If Annie doesn't like you, you don't stay. Annie took a bit of a liking to me, even to the point of whimpering when we started loading our packs to leave.

To touch back on the topic of this thread, I caught her snuggled up in my RMS and yelled at her; she pouted for an hour. I couldn't stay mad, it is a nice quilt after all.
    Trust nobody!
