    That is pretty sweet.
Would be nice for kayaking or train jump off trips.

What are the advantages of this 70D versus the silnylon? Are the silnylon tarps less waterproof or something?

Great looking tarp. I am not a gram weenie, but I still like the silnylon. I have the edge tarp and want a superfly.

The 70D is heavier but has more camo patterns available. It is not usually silicone impregnated, rather coated with polyurethane. Weights are about 3 oz/sq yd

There are almost no camo patterns available for the 30D silnylon which weighs about 1.44 oz/sq yd. Due to lighter weight the 30D is more popular with backpackers (if they can't/don't want to pay for cuben).

No advantage to the heavier fabric, (it could be argued that since it's heavier it would be more durable), the 70d pu-coated is simply the lightest waterproof multicam fabric option avail so if you want a multicam tarp that's really your only option.

Thank you for your answer. I notice "camo" is available as well as "multicam" on your site, but I can't find any pictures showing the difference.

Maybe you can direct me to pictures of regular "camo" so I can compare? Thanks!
