Has anyone dealt with sending back an item to warbonnet for repairs?
Ive had my bb for almost two years now and love it. But yesterday i took it out for an overnighter and noticed that i have holes forming in a couple places on the bugnet, all near the edges. One easily big enough for a spider or scorpion to get in!
Now what i have noticed since i received my bb, is a slight change in style and material to warbonnets hammocks. As a matter of fact just a month after my purchase, my buddy received his bb (on my recommendation ). And i immediately noticed the difference between his hammock and mine. His had a really cool warbonnet patch sewn just above the zipper, and his bugnet was thicker, more rugged feeling than mine which is very soft and thin.
Now i know brandon is one of the nice guys, but would he go so far as to replace my bugnet with the new material they use? Or should i just start the repairs now?
