    Hey Grapenut,
Good to hear from you Wish you could join me. I'll meet you somewhere, let's put something together. I really enjoyed the savage gulf trip. Except for the big blister.

Chuck, I am headed up tomorrow morning to start my trail days hike with my buddy Thunderbolt at VA 603 around 3 pm tomorrow afternoon....as slow we are, you might catch us along the way! We'll probably be in the vicinity of Thomas Knob shelter Tuesday night.

Have fun Chuck! I'll be working the ADA Tour de Cure in your hometown of Chattanooga this weekend!
Afoot and light-hearted, I take to the open road,
Healthy, free, the world before me,
The long brown path before me, leading wherever I choose.

    - Loki,

"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings.
Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn."

How did your hike go? I'll be looking forward to a trip report.
