    Lake Maria State Park - Day Hike Video

    Got a break from the kiddos and went for a day hike with my wife This is just a funny little video of our trip.... thought I'd share. On a side note, this was the most time my wife and I have spent together (alone) in a little over a year!

    Glad you enjoyed yourself! It's a nice place for a quick trip (especially if you're only an hour away.). I've never seen the cabins up close before, look nice. BTW, how was your kid's t-ball game?
    When thro' the woods and forest glades I wander
    And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;
    When I look down from lofty mountain gardeur,
    And hear the brook, and feel the gentle breeze...

    It was a great afternoon! Would have rather spent a night or two, but I'll take what I can get!

    The game was fun, and I'm really glad I was able to make it.... but sorry I made you a solo hanger for the weekend.

    That place looks like it would make a good set for a horror movie. I’d be too chicken to hike there. I enjoyed it, I think the video was really well put together – fun to watch! Thanks Hiking Mum and Dad!

    Looked like a great hike, and you had some fun with it. I've camped there previously as a ground dweller. Maybe this year as a hanger. Great video!
