    Gotta say thanks to the OP for this.

    I just picked up a GT nano 7 hammock and found it to be pretty comfy. Only issue was my feet would slowly work toward the edge and pop out...waking me up...not cool. Now have researched this knotty mod and hoping it will fix the issue.

    Added the mod after the hammock was whipped, no burning holes or anything...wonder if that's neccesary?

    I do both sides of the foot end so I can lay on either diagonal. Personally, haven't bothered with doing the stretch-side mod to the head end.
